CLYBOURN

The renovation of this 1920s Spanish estate required preserving the charm and elegance of the original property while updating it to the modern floor plan. Inspired to capture the sophistication of the architecture, I applied texture and dimension quietly against the new modern lines of the interior. Keeping the family's classic taste in mind, a neutral palette allowed the relationship between the Spanish and modern to combine seamlessly. As the new design weaves through the main home to the pool house, we added bright colors and mid-century furnishings to fill the space, bringing a bit of whimsy to complete the facelift for this beautiful project.
